Terms

This page gives candidates a plain-language overview of how Campaign Connect website projects are handled.

Deposit and payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the website is launched.

Client content approval

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all campaign content, including text, photos, claims, donation links, and committee details, before launch.

Campaign finance and legal compliance

The client is responsible for campaign finance and legal compliance. Campaign Connect is a website vendor, not campaign counsel, and does not provide legal, campaign finance, or compliance advice.

Disclaimer language

The client must provide the exact disclaimer language (such as the required "Paid for by" identification) to be displayed on the site.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond that limit may be purchased separately.

Approval before launch

Campaign Connect will not publish a client campaign website without the client's final approval.
